Calluses
Calluses were not a severe threat to our health. However, it would cause soreness and irritation when we applied pressure to it. For example, when we would walk, run or even jump. Studies showed we could reduce our discomfort when we soaked the calluses in a baking soda bath and would soften the area where we had thickened skin, and we should remove any scabbing on the area. It would lessen the pain we felt during the activity we did in our daily life.
