Akita
Akitas are guard dogs that have been bred in Japan. They have an aggressive nature that makes them guard stellar dogs. However, they may think that children are intruders, especially if the dog was with the family before the kid. Furthermore, it can present a challenge to host those playdates as the Akita will just become hostile to the guests. If you are already acquainted with an Akita, make sure that children know their likes and dislike avoiding problems.
