Sydney McLaughlin
An American hurdler and sprinter is Sydney McLaughlin, renowned for her time at the University of Kentucky before winning the 2019 World Championships with a 400-meter hurdles silver medal. She broke the college and NCAA records for the same event in 2018. She turned professional later that year. With both mom and dad having a history of competitive running, Sydney comes from an athletic family.
