Amish honeymoons are made up of various portions spread out over multiple locales. The pair would pack up and travel on to the next residence after spending the first night at the bride’s parents’ house and seeing all of their relatives as husband and wife. If the newlywed couple does not yet have their own home, they will reside with the bride’s parents until they can purchase one.
