Currently, Cobb has become a little erratic with the Packers, and if they don’t reach the Super Bowl, things are likely to shake up. We predict Tennessee becoming the first in line to sign him if Cobb winds up becoming one of the reforms. Tennessee has a wide receiver field and the resources to make this move makes sense logistically.
