Jami Gertz: Sports Team Owner
The 54-year-old actress and professional sports investor, Jami Beth Gertz was born on October 28, 1965, in Chicago, Illinois. She had a few roles during the 1980s. Jami made an appearance in television series like Square Pegs and The Facts of Life. She also appeared in more serious roles for films like Crossroad, Endless Love, Less Than Zero, and The Lost Boys. After these, Jami decided to move to Paris for a while and worked for Lanvin as a scent designer. She returned in the mid-90s with more films and television projects. Jami had roles in Ally McBeal, ER, Still Standing, and The Neighbors. She was now giving most of her time in running the NBA team Atlanta Hawks, which she co-owned with her husband. They were also the co-owner of the MLB franchise Milwaukee Brewers.
