Alyson Hannigan did not make an impact on the audience in every show that she had played aside from her character in the film Buffy. However, there was one movie that changed her career forever. It was the film called American Pie that granted her fame and recognition from other people. After the movie, she was given a role in the sitcom called How I Met Your Mother, where she played the role of Lily. She also hosted the game show Penn & Teller: Fool Us. For her personal life, she was wed to Alexis Denisof and gave birth to her two daughters. The family was living a happy and peaceful life while she was working in the industry.
