The Right Amount
Our opinion is that this is an excellent time to take up this project. Some people have stated that they are unsure about how much to tip in these difficult economic times. Possibly, this explains why some customers leave bad gratuities for the waitstaff. Although not everyone has the means to offer expensive gratuities, you can still follow this general rule of thumb.
