This particular customer returned time and time again for their gumbo! Apparently, this dish from Blue 44 is well-known throughout the neighborhood.. Are you prepared to have a craving for some of it? One of the things that distinguished it from the rest was its dark roux foundation, as well as its chicken and andouille sausage.
