Ashley was too exhausted from her shift to engage in game-play with him. He looked her straight in the eyes, pulled his chair back, and got to his feet. His friends, much to her surprise, did the same thing as well. Without saying anything, he merely indicated toward the back room’s entrance door with his hand.
