So people love her and others loath her. Whatever your thoughts and feelings about the comedian and TV host, Ellen DeGeneres has truly done amazing things for the world. The 63-year-old, not only hosts her own talk show but she is a huge advocate for animal rights, veganism, and of course the LGBTQ community. During her career, she has won 30 Emmys, 20 People’s Choice Awards as well as numerous other awards for her work and charitable efforts.
