Condoleezza Rice
Condoleezza Rice was the former United States Secretary of State. She is an American political scientist, diplomat, civil servant, and a professor. There are many strong-willed ladies on this list, and she happens to be one of them. The policymaker served as the Secretary of State from 2005 to 2009. She has never actually gotten married even though she was briefly engaged to Rick Upchurch.
