Cold Weather
Shena Hardin did what she was told by the court. She was wearing several clothes to protect herself against cold weather. As she held the sign, the passersby and even the cars that were helling her avoided eye contact. She kept shut her mouth and let it be. She must have realized that not only did she break a rule, but also jeopardized children. Or perhaps not. We do assume that she learned her lesson.
