Sperm Whales
Only sperm whales are capable of producing ambergris, which is found on almost any ocean in the world, including the coastal waters of Britain. These whales grow really big; at most, they can be 67 feet long and weigh over 63 tons! There have been studies that the sperm whale population is steadily increasing, but they weren’t as always so prolific.
