Pulp Fiction (1994)

No list is complete without a Quentin Tarantino film. Being notorious for his irregular storylines, it came as no surprise that his 1994 crime movie Pulp Fiction was famous for having a lot of repetitious slip-ups. During one of the most celebrated scenes of the film, Jules (played by Samuel L. Jackson) and Vincent (played by John Travolta) successfully avoid flying bullets being shot at them by a roommate hiding in their bathroom. But before praising the hitmen for efficiently dodging the gunfire, some people looked closely and saw the wall behind the pair and noticed that the bullet holes were already in the wall even before the shootout. Once rumors about the scene got out and spread like wildfire, many viewers have been hitting pause to affirm the rumors.
