William Howard Taft – 139.5

In spite of his low ranking, William Howard Taft possessed an IQ of 139.5 and is the only person to have presided over both the executive and the judicial branches of government at the same time. After serving as President of the United States from 1909 to 1913, he went on to become the 10th Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court. Bill Taft was the 27th President of the United States, and he is the only head of state to have gone on to become the Chief Justice of the United States of America. He grew up in Ohio and then attended Yale University, where he pursued a degree in law. His involvement with the secret society Skull and Bones while attending the prestigious university is said to have been extensive. During his twenties, he had a thriving legal career, and he went on to become a district court judge. He served as President from 1909 to 1913, and during his tenure, the United States gave greater attention to East Asia than to any other region. Taft also acted in Latin America, where he either brought regimes to an end or established new ones.
