William McKinley Jr., the 25th President of the United States, served from 1897 to 1901 and had an IQ of 143.4, according to the SAT. He was the final person to command the United States throughout the American Civil War, and he also contributed to the victory of the United States in the Spanish-American War. During his tenure as president, the United States experienced significant growth as territories when Guam, the Philippines, and Puerto Rico were all established. He was also well-liked for his attempts to strengthen the economy, despite the fact that he did nothing to ensure equal justice for all inhabitants of the United States of America.
