Tommy Rettig
Tommy is renowned, of course, for being Lassie’s best friend. He also co-starred in the mid-1960s television teen soap opera Never Too Young with another former child actor, Tony Dow, and recorded the song with the group, The TR-4, under that title. After the show wrapped, he pursued some other acting projects, but he was unsatisfied. He became a software engineer and worked working with computers until he died in 1996.
