Dr. Phil decided to sell his flashy mansion for $5.75 million as soon as we entered the year 2020. The outside is perfect, with a heated pool, spa, and an outdoor kitchen that allows you to enjoy the surrounding green space. On the other hand, the interiors are stunning, with twelve guns (yes, real ones) hung on the wall, creepy animal depictions, and even random bad words on display. The 6,100-square-foot mansion is truly unique.
