Collins is worth approximately $260 million, and it’s not like he filled up his bank account in the process. Because Jennifer Lopez previously owned the Miami Beach estate, some royalty fees were included in the price. It has a total living area of 12,100 square feet, with seven bedrooms and eight full baths taking up the majority of it. Collins can certainly reflect on his song Another Day In Paradise with a koi pond, wine cellar, media room, gym, and spa.
