Shepard Smith, recognised nationally as an anchor for Fox News, is currently 55 and does not seem to be stopping soon! For a high price of $4 million, he initially listed his Greenwich Village condominium to make a profit out of his money. He initially bought the property in May 2004 for a total of $1,875 million, but no one accepted the deal. He later reduced the price to $3.95 again, but no one purchased it, just as before, leading him to withdraw the property in 2012.
