Toni Braxton was indeed overshadowed by the likes of Janet Jackson and Mariah Carey. Despite this, there is no way that you can deny how big of an influence she has on the R&B genre. She is best known for songs like “Un-Break My Heart” and “You’re Makin’ Me High/Let it Flow.” Over the years, she has brought home seven Grammys and sold over 67 million records. Music aside, she has also been on TV. Among others, she was in Dancing with the Stars and Braxton Family Values.
